PROBLEM STATEMENT

The business  was scaling fast and wanted to establish a qualified supplier and contract-manufacturing ecosystem with credible partners in Middle east, but lacked regional market intelligence and an execution-ready partner landscape.

WHAT WE DID

• Built an IMEA supplier landscape by component/service type and mapped credible regional partners

• Created a qualified longlist/shortlist and defined a clear supplier screening and due diligence process

• Standardised the supplier qualification pathway (requirements, documentation, validation steps) to accelerate onboarding 

• Developed the regional supply chain blueprint: inbound/outbound logistics model, warehouse setup options, and execution framework.

RESULT

The client moved from low visibility to a ready-to-execute regional supply base. Supplier discovery, qualification, and onboarding became structured and faster, enabling earlier operational readiness in IMEA with lower supply risk and higher confidence in partner capability.
